Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival - Mombasa
On arrival at Moi International airport, Mombasa, you will be met by tour manager and be briefed about the tour. Alternatively, if you are already accommodated in a hotel , we will pick you up after breakfast and then brief you about your tour to Mombasa Marine National Park. You will get a chance to view marine life which include crabs, corals, sea urchins, jelly fish, sea stars and sea cucumbers .Besides taking a view of the beautiful coral garden, you can sunbathe on the pristine beaches ,or enjoy relaxing water sports, like scuba diving and snorkeling. Lunch at a restaurant in town.
FLater in afternoon you can choose to visit to visit either;
- Old Mombasa town
- Fort Jesus Museum.
- Haller Park.
Marine Park will offer you an unforgettable paradise of beautiful sun , safe ocean adventure and sandy beach. The park is 210 km2.The place is ideal for diving. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
Day 2: Malindi Marine National Park.
After breakfast we head to Malindi National Park. Malindi National Park is endowed with magnificent resources such as fringing reefs, coral gardens in the lagoon, sea grass beds, mangroves, mudflats, high fish diversity, turtles, shorebirds and mammals like the dolphins. Activities that you can choose from includes swimming in the warm ocean water, snorkeling, boat rides ,diving, dhow rides ,sun bathing, wind surfing(in the reserve),Picnic and barbeque in the Island.
Malindi Marine Park and Reserve was established in 1968 and designated as a Biosphere Reserve under the Man & Biosphere Reserve program of UNESCO in 1979. The park has a total area of 6 km2. It is located south of Malindi town extending to Mida creek. It neighbors Gede ruins and Arabuko Sokoke forest. Dinner, Bed & Breakfast at a hotel
Day 3: Watamu Marine Park.
After breakfast we leave for Watamu Marine Park.You can choose from a variety of activities at the park mainly snorkeling and an assortment of other watersports, ranging from surfing to deep sea fishing. In the afternoon you can visit the Kipepeo Butterfly project.
Watamu is 120kms north of Mombassa and 28km south of Malindi .Watamu National Park is part of a complex of marine and tidal habitats on Kenya's North coast stretching from Malindi town to beyond the entrance to Mida creek. It is enclosed by the Malindi Marine National Reserve which also encloses Malindi Marine National Park. Habitats include inter tidal rock, sand and mud; fringing reefs and coral gardens; beds of sea grass; coral cliffs, platforms and islets; sandy beaches and Mida Creek mangrove forest. The park was designated as a Biosphere reserve in 1979.Mida creek is a large, almost land locked expanse of saline water, mangrove and inter tidal mud. Watamu Beach Hotel (Dinner , Bed & Breakfast)
Lamu Island Marine Tour:
Day 4: Lamu
After breakfast we leave for a boat tour in Lamu Island. A full day at leisure to explore the Island. Lunch at the Island and we return later in the day to Lamu town. Dinner and Overnight stay at a hotel
Day 5: Kiunga Marine National Reserve
After breakfast we leave for Kiunga Marine National Reserve. You can choose a variety of activities to do which include snorkeling,diving and swimming. Return to the hotel later for dinner and overnight stay.
The reserve is made up of the Lamu Archipelago ,a cluster of low lying desert islands that run some 60km.It is a pristine sting of rugged coral isles, ringed by rainbow coral reef. The reserve offers living coral gardens, sculpted coves, wheeling seabirds ,rare turtles, magical dugongs and an underwater world of unbelievable color, discovery and vibrancy.

Day 6: After breakfast we transfer you to the airport for your flight.

Day 2: Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park.
After breakfast we depart for south coast to Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park. Kisite Mpunguti is home to dolphins and the coconut crabs, turtles and whale sharks and also pelagic feeding birds. Activities here include; diving, snorkeling, sailing and swimming .Lunch at Wasini Island Restaurant. Later in the afternoon you can visit the Shimoni slave caves. The park is 120km from Mombasa.
Kisite is an enchanted realm of living coral gardens, sculpted islands, wheeling sea birds and sparkling clear seas. The park promises an underwater world of unbelievable color, discovery and vibrancy. Kisite and Mpunguti Marine Parks are located on the south coast off Shimoni and south of Wasini Island in Kwale District. Kisite park covers 11sq km while Mpunguti reserve covers 28 sq km. The park lies 6km off the Kenyan coast (at Shimoni) and 8km north of Tanzania. The complex covers a marine area with four small islands surrounded by coral-reef. Kisite island is a small waterless coral island.The three other coral islets in the park (Mpunguti ya Juu, Mpunguti ya Chini and Liwe la Jahazi) lie closer to the larger Wasini Island .The surrounding waters have well developed coral gardens and a large variety of fish. Many sea birds in large nesting colonies and internationally significant numbers of crab-plover and roseate tern. Other bird species include Crested guinea fowl, Hornbills, Turaco, Barbets, Honey guide, Woodpecker, Flycatcher, Shrikes, Orioles, Sun birds and many others.
Watamu Marine National Park Tour – 4 hours:
Safari Highlights:
This is a four hours excursion from your hotel or beach resort starting after breakfast and ending by mid day before lunch at your hotel.
Watamu Marine National Park; this is possibly the finest Marine National Park in Kenya. The coral gardens are merely 300 metres from the shore and are home to a vast number of fish (over 600 species) and other weird and wonderful sea-creatures.
There are approximately 600 species of fish in the Marine Park, 110 species of stony coral and countless invertebrates, crustacea and molluscs. Water temperatures vary from 20-30 degrees Celsius depending on the season, the coldest being June-October and the warmest being from December to May. It is easy to spend 4 or 5 hours marveling at the wonders of the sea. Watamu has a number of resident expert guides who will be able to name many of the fish and corals encountered during your snorkeling.
As well as the main Coral Gardens there are countless other interesting places to snorkel in the park, especially for the confident and intrepid snorkeler! The Larder, where shoals of pick handle barracuda (Sphyraena jello) are sometimes encountered. Turtle Reef, although a bit deep, may show a turtle or two, as will The Pothole which sits on the inner edge of the main, seaward reef. Scuba diving can be arranged at Ocean Sports Hotel.

ROBINSON ISLAND TOUR – Full Day:
Highlights: This is a full day excursion in a four wheel drive jeep along Sabaki River to discover hippos and flamingos passing through little villages and along Indian Ocean sandy silver beach, salt factory and lunch based on crabs and fresh fish on Robinson island afternoon relaxing time on a wonderful beach.
Boating in the Indian OceanRobinson Island is about an hours drive north from the hotel, past Malindi, and you turn off as you reach the Salt Flats, where most of Africa's salt comes from. It is a rare sight with shallow ponds of salt water evaporating in the heat, then being scraped and shoveled, before being left in huge mounds to dry out.
Around fifteen minutes from the turn off, you will be transported with your iced chiller boxes across a small creek, and you are on Robinson Island. You visit for the restaurant which has no license so you bring your own drinks, and the restaurant itself has been built by beach combing. Large tables, big cushioned seating areas, sand floor, and no electricity.
The food is to die for with fresh crab, straight from the sea, as big as dinner plates. No claw crusher, just a heavy stick to smash the shell, this was followed by huge prawns, and then some barbecued fish. Finally, all in all, a lovely day completed by a swim off a totally deserted beach then back to your hotel in Malindi or Watamu.

Malindi is one of Kenya's coastal towns north of Mombasa. Just like Mombasa, Malindi holds a lot of history. Its scenic beauty and clean white beaches makes it one of the most visited towns. The Swahili people are the predominant culture found in Malindi. This is a multi-ethic city, a mixture of different culture and religious, a multi colored human rainbow, this is how Malindi can be presented. Down town and old center, the local market building and touristic resorts. Malindi is Kenyan beach holiday at all. Malindi is the most lively and entertaining place along the coast, with its discos, restaurant and pubs night parties on the beach, the casino. Everything needed to make an unforgettable holiday.
Malindi was made famous after Vasco da Gama's stop over in 1498. In Malindi, you will see narrow alleys in the old part of town where the old houses have been lived in for centuries. One of the oldest East African churches still stands strong; the Church of St. Francis Xavier still stands strong across from Vasco da Gama's pillar, where he carved the Christian cross. Also extant is the Juma'a mosque, which was misused as a haven for slave trading until mid 1870's.
